location in the hotel
• frequent cleaning of all surfaces (elevator buttons, handles, stair rails, furniture, etc.)
• systematic temperature taking of all customers and employees
• mandatory provision and wearing of masks for customers and employees
• provision of health protection kit to all customers and employees
• regular disinfection of the establishment by spraying and fumigation
• enhanced cleaning and disinfection of rooms, remaining free between each occupation
• linen cleaning at min. 70 ° C and handling of the clean avoiding any contamination by the dirty
• regular disinfection of all table and kitchen equipment
• reorganization of restaurant to guarantee distance, digital menu communicated by QR code and enhanced
personal protection for all catering staff
• access to the Spa is done individually according to a strict health protocol and only by reservation; enhanced cleaning and disinfection of massage cabins, remaining free between each occupation
